生产车间及设备 　 　　   （一） 铸铁车间：7吨冲天炉1座，5吨冲天炉2座，16吨行车2台，10吨行车1台，5吨行车4台，3吨行车3台，Q378D 　 　 　 　
实验室及设备 　 　　 抛丸清理室1台，Q388抛丸清理室2台，Q114混砂机2台，呋喃树脂连续混砂机（20吨/小时）1台、（8吨/小时）1台,呋喃

　          With the 7000 square meter's workshop ,the company has: 　 　
　 　      （一）Iron-casting workshop:a set of cupola that capacity can be 7 ton,two sets of cupola that each capacity can be 　 　
　      5 ton , two sets of traveling crane that load can be 5 ton , three sets of traveling crane that load can be 3 ton , a set of 　 　
　         Q387 shot blast machine, two sets of Q388 shot blast machine, two sets of Q114 mix sand machine,  two sets of mix 　 　
　      sand machine can be contiued , one is 20 ton/hour , the other is 8 tone/hour , two sets of  funan colophony pipe lining 　 　
　  　   and a group of dust cather . 　 　
　 　     （二）Aluminum-casting workshop:a set of oil furnace( 1 tone/hour ) and a set of electric furnace for keeping heat ,a 　 　
　          set of temped furnace with platform , a set of test-machine , a set of low- pressure found machine . 　 　
　 　     （三）Maintenance workshop: a set of 140 lathe , two sets of Z32K drill press ,two sets of milling machine , one can 　 　
　          do the workpiece that length can be 6 meter , the other can do workpiece that length can be 4 meter . 　 　
　 　       Prduct speciation & brands : less than 10-ton grey cast iron (HT150-300) , ductile cast iron (QT400-700) and all 　 　
　         sorts of cast alloy products . The company produces aluminum alloy water pumps with over 100 kinds of copper 　 　
　     aluminum alloy products to the US . 　 　
　 　       The company passed the ISO9000 system in 2003 . Thus they can control their product quality strictly .The 　 　
　         company has the import & export rights to do international trade well .
